Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess complaints to reach equitable and just resolutions.
- Communicate directly with clients via phone, written correspondence, and email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Manage all complaints from initial acknowledgment to the issuance of final decision letters.
- Address all file requests from the Financial Ombudsman Service, collaborating with the Group Risk and Compliance team as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of complaint management processes and protocols.
- Proficient in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
