Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration with clients and orchestrate Thought Leadership events.
  • Manage marketing communications, public relations, and visibility strategies for proactive customer engagement.
  • Identify and source innovative demonstrations for showcases, collaborating with suppliers to present new technologies to clients.
  • Develop customized showcase demonstrations through coding and programming to illustrate unique concepts.
  • Provide technical support for demonstrations and infrastructure within showcases, conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Enhance and maintain the infrastructure that supports showcases.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct commercial analysis of technical and innovative solutions within specific market sectors or customer demographics.
  • Oversee multiple projects, evaluating business opportunities against technical assessments to pinpoint innovation prospects.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering technical insights and collaborating on project execution.

Experience Expectations:

  • Demonstrated breadth of technical knowledge and expertise in computing education (MANDATORY).
  • Proven track record of significant business impact through project delivery (MANDATORY).
  • Experience managing a matrix team to successfully complete projects (MANDATORY).
  • Evidence of effective stakeholder management across various levels (MANDATORY).
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions, challenging existing methods (MANDATORY).
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, coupled with technical expertise (MANDATORY).
  • Experience in PR and marketing to enhance internal engagement and external visibility (PREFERRED).
