Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the cosmetics and fragrance industry
