Assistant Store Manager

END. is a leading technology-driven retailer that offers luxury and contemporary menswear and exclusive sneaker drops to a global audience. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Newcastle Retail Store team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in maintaining the store's operational efficiency and continuity.
- Take on full managerial tasks as necessary, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of store operations, including processes and procedures.
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, exemplifying best practices.
- Drive sales growth by motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the Store Manager.
- Maintain a store image that aligns with business standards, conducting regular floor walks to ensure product and merchandising standards are met.
- Ensure financial accountability, supporting the Store Manager in managing wage to sales budget, shrinkage, and revenue.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a broad skill base in business management.
- Ambition within the retail function, with a desire to develop into a successful Store Manager.
- Be prepared to put in the necessary effort to drive business success.
