Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an After School/Holiday Club Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation among children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a wide range of activities, including multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, and structured play, ensuring they are age-appropriate and engaging for children.
  • Manage, direct, and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective program, while ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
  • Implement protocols and policies related to child safety and well-being, working closely with team members to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote children's physical, emotional, and social growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in childcare or a related field, with a focus on program management and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse age groups and interests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and adherence to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA).
