Key Responsibilities for the Retail Operations Leader:
- Assume complete responsibility for the Profit & Loss and compliance aspects of your store.
- Oversee the Compliance and Health & Safety protocols within the store.
- Guide and mentor store teams to excel in their roles and establish a robust succession plan for future leadership positions.
- Focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are measurable, encompassing both financial and operational targets.
