Key Responsibilities for the Retail Operations Leader:

  • Assume complete responsibility for the Profit & Loss and compliance aspects of your store.
  • Oversee the Compliance and Health & Safety protocols within the store.

  • Focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are measurable, encompassing both financial and operational targets.
