Financial Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement financial and management accounting postings and prepare company reporting.
  • Provide high-quality variance analysis to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Finance and Supply Chain Operations Teams to understand costing trends and analyze variances.
  • Deliver high-quality monthly reporting highlighting key variances and gather commentary for inclusion in the Monthly Performance Review and Operations Planning Review presentations.
  • Support the Financial Controller in the preparation and completion of the annual statutory accounts creation and external audit.
  • Support the wider finance team on month-end processes and act as the first line of review across the P&L.
Requirements:
  • Accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA or ACCA).
  • Statutory Audit or FMCG experience is desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience of using Oracle NetSuite accounting software is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing non-financial colleagues and successfully reporting a divisional cost base.
  • A team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
