Job Title: Senior Creative Project Manager

Echo House Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing key clients and their project portfolio, driving work briefs from clients, and developing commercial opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring seamless project delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client briefs and brand values.
  • Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions, facilitating the development of major projects throughout the creative process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, artworking, print, fabrication, logistics, and installations, to ensure project delivery meets the highest standards.
  • Manage financial and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on creative services and experiential brand activation.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
