Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our project team in delivering complex electrical engineering projects. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver electrical engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering designs, specifications, and plans for complex projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical engineering project management, with a strong background in design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering software, including CAD, BIM, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, regulations, and codes, including IEE and BS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and costs.
