Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to a high-performing and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong focus on market building and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment within the education sector, with the ability to quickly grasp the nuances of our clients' needs and the market.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
