About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner at BT Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization remains compliant with Home Office requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practise and complete audit controls to ensure BT Group's compliance with Home Office requirements.
  • Support and facilitate our 3rd party Vendor with BT Group Sponsorship requests or renewals to completion.
  • Supporting complicated cases that may require escalation to ER and manage cases to completion.
  • Analysing data, reports, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review current processes to identify and highlight continuous improvement opportunities including testing.
  • Mentoring and coaching on/offshore colleagues to deliver a great service.
  • Be able to adapt quickly in ever-changing regulation world and apply your skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure continuous education on Immigration & RTW HR Processes and policies to have an in-depth but broad knowledge as well as striving for efficiency and continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance the colleague experience.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
