Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Goods Receipt and Inventory Management: Receive, count, and record goods accurately, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Warehouse Maintenance and Stock Control: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, manage stock movements, and utilize our ERP system to track inventory levels.
  • Kitting and Allocation: Allocate stock and components into work packages, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare materials for shipping, receive goods after external processing, and pack goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
  • Export Compliance and Logistics: Book couriers, dispatch goods, and ensure compliance with Export Compliance rules.
  • General Maintenance and Support: Perform general maintenance activities, drive details as required, and assist with additional tasks as assigned by line management.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Forklift License (preferable but not essential), English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent), and previous warehouse experience (not essential).
  • Skills and Abilities: Effective written and oral communication, computer literacy (MS Office Packages), and multi-skilled with good communication skills.

Please note that this position is only suitable for candidates who are already able to live and work in the UK without restriction.
