Join Our Team as a Senior Physiotherapist in Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in the Rowan Rehabilitation Unit at Yeatman Hospital, Sherborne. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing specialist and intensive rehabilitation services to patients with stroke and neurological disorders.

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation services, and we are looking for a Physiotherapist who shares our passion and commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to patients, and contribute to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing specialist and intensive rehabilitation services to patients with stroke and neurological disorders
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to patients
  • Contributing to the development of our services and improving patient outcomes
  • Supervising and supporting junior staff, assistants, and students
  • Participating in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience in rotational physiotherapy, including experience in the specialist area of stroke and neuro rehabilitation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities

  • A competitive salary of £33,706 to £40,588 per annum, pro rata
