About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Reablement Therapy team as a part-time Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care and specialist rehabilitation to adults referred to the Intermediate Care Bedded Pathway Service.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care and rehabilitation to patients, promoting independence and well-being.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Postgraduate experience in a community setting, with a strong focus on elderly patients with complex multi-pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a commitment to personal and team development
