About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading. As a key member of our Bar Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Bar Manager in leading the Bar Team and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.
  • Take a lead role in creating and serving drinks, as well as engaging with guests on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area at all times.
