Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Senior Building Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering a comprehensive range of services within the construction and property consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a building consultant on diverse projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Exercise autonomy in business development and service delivery across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and residential.
  • Supervise the work of junior colleagues, ensuring high standards of quality and timely service delivery.
  • Manage personal workload effectively while providing updates to team leads on project progress and financial forecasts.
  • Enhance profitability by efficiently managing time and resources allocated to projects.
  • Conduct site visits to clarify client expectations, provide expert advice, and keep clients informed of project developments.
  • Prepare and contribute to fee proposals for building consultancy and multidisciplinary projects.

Position Requirements:

  • Possession of a Degree or Master’s in Building Surveying.
  • Experience across various projects and sectors.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
