About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Advertising Account Manager to join our team at Acorn-i. As a key member of our commerce media team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing retail media campaigns across Amazon and other retail networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations, to drive client growth and revenue.
  • Client Budget Management: Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets, maintaining a strong focus on financial management and reporting.
  • BAU Tasks: Independently complete routine tasks, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Continuous Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets, and other strategies to achieve best possible spend optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize a data-driven approach to make informed decisions, driving effectiveness in all paid media channels.
  • Client Insights: Provide clients with data-driven insights, demonstrating a strong understanding of their category dynamics and market trends.
  • Reporting and Communication: Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights, and interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals and objectives, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in the retail media and digital advertising sectors.
About You
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply and effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrate strong experience in engaging with clients at all levels, showcasing ability to be considered a thought leader on the topic of commerce media.
  • Industry Experience: Possess 2+ years of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting, with a strong understanding of Sponsored ads & Display advertising through Amazon.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms and advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience in building strategic relationships at senior levels, with a positive outlook, self-motivation, and a desire to become part of a fast-growth business.
