About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Assistant to join our growing new build lettings team at The People Pod.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the handover process for new apartments, ensuring a seamless transition between sales and lettings departments.
  • Conduct thorough snagging inspections and report findings, occasionally visiting development sites.
  • Liaise with property management and lettings teams to ensure efficient handovers upon completion of developments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the sign-up process for lettings, management, snagging, and furniture installations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in lettings, property, or estate agency is desirable.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to client care and service excellence.
  • Ability to travel to our offices in Manchester and London, as well as various UK developments.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
