About the OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, partnering with clients to deliver a generalist talent acquisition service that sets us apart from traditional recruitment models.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a small team of recruitment professionals, committed to providing an exceptional experience to clients and candidates. You will develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders, ultimately responsible for attracting and hiring top talent, including executive-level positions.
You will work closely with our CEO to enhance our 'Vero Recruit' product and implement additional value-added services. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional looking to further develop their career and build a unique approach to recruitment.
RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced recruitment professional with a professional resourcing background, ideally working in an in-house environment, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will have:
- Previous experience of working as a generalist recruiter, placing candidates in roles at every level, including executive positions.
- A professional leadership style that is supportive, motivational, and personable, as well as results-driven and service-oriented.
- Excellent written, presentational, and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging adverts and candidate marketing materials.
- Methodical and highly organized, with exposure to getting the most out of modern applicant tracking systems and candidate search techniques.
- A 'can-do' mindset, with the tenacity to fill difficult-to-fill roles.
