About the Role

Lidl in Deutschland is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from publishing job adverts to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the publication of job adverts on various recruitment channels
  • Screen and select candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct phone interviews
  • Keep applicants informed through regular updates via phone, letter, and email
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruitment inquiries
  • Support and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and database experience
  • Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • A friendly, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Initiative and attention to detail
