You will support the development and delivery of functionality for which you are responsible to meet the needs of users, managers, and stakeholders.

You will use product management principles and approaches.

You will communicate credibly with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will support the management of an allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a product through discovery, alpha, beta, and live states.
  • Supporting lead and senior product managers.
  • Line management of associate product managers and supporting their professional development.
  • Developing expert skills in and knowledge of product management techniques.
  • May be involved in recruitment.

Essential Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) Knowledge:

  • You will have a proven track record of working and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of creating and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively with them to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Able to collate, organize, analyze, and use information to plan and deliver services, products, and technology improvements.
  • Within this experience of presenting complex information, in writing and verbally, to staff and senior leaders.
  • Be experienced in working on complex projects with fixed and challenging delivery dates.
  • An understanding of agile methodology and how to apply this.
