Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, customers, and design teams to ensure timely access to accurate setting out information and incorporate any design changes promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all setting out data.
  • Understand construction schedules to facilitate proactive planning of setting out activities.
  • Coordinate with public utility services and secure up-to-date records of existing infrastructure in the project area.
  • Work with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the project.
  • Assist site management in managing building materials.
  • Oversee the quality of work as assigned by site management.
  • Support the commercial team in accurately measuring works and ensuring that all additional tasks and design modifications are documented and compensated by the client.
  • Deliver precise setting out information within agreed timelines.

To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in civil engineering and hold a valid CSCS card. Previous management experience in the construction sector is preferred.
