About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Antony George Recruitment. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our wealth advisers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert paraplanning support to our team of wealth advisers, ensuring the highest possible standard of client service.
  • Conduct thorough research on financial planning solutions, investment strategies, and products to inform client recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Write suitability reports and annual review reports, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Offer high-level technical support to our advisers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Assist advisers with client management, providing exceptional service and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Provide technical reports and information to advisers and clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in paraplanning, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Cashcalc, X-Plan, and FE Analytics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and IHT planning, with a solid understanding of the Pension Switch market.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • CII exam results or a Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate.
