Help Desk Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving user issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop
  • Resolve user issues related to Office 365, Windows 10, and Windows Server
  • Log and track tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and software

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Helpdesk / Service Desk experience
  • First line support experience
  • Office 365, Windows 10, and Windows Server skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
