Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team at McMullen's & Sons. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to company standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and waste reduction.
- Support the Head Chef in maintaining a smooth-running kitchen, deputizing in their absence as needed.
- Develop and train the kitchen team to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
