Property Management Assistant for Commercial Assets

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is a leading firm specializing in the management of a diverse portfolio that includes both commercial and residential properties.
Role Objective
The position entails offering assistance to the commercial Property Managers across a variety of mixed-use office and retail properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Commercial Property Managers in the daily operations of the property portfolio.
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly performance reports.
- Addressing general inquiries from tenants.
- Updating local authorities and utility providers regarding changes in tenancy.
- Coordinating property inspections.
- Assisting in the management of tenant arrears.
- Helping with service charge documentation.
- Communicating with contractors to secure quotes for services.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a comparable commercial property management role. (essential)
Compensation
The expected salary range is between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience, along with benefits such as private healthcare and a performance-based bonus.
