Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maximize business and service opportunities from all customer contacts in a consistent, fair, and compliant manner.
  • Ensure calls are answered in a timely and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer experiences and adhering to business standards.
  • Comply with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and handle customer complaints strictly within the company's complaints procedure.
Requirements
  • Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Medical Malpractice.
  • Previous experience in sales or service, particularly in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, and hospitality.
