We are excited to be supporting a well-established Financial Services Company in their search for a Senior Client Services Administrator to join their team. This role has arisen due to ongoing growth and sustained new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key administrative support to Financial Advisors, ensuring all application processes are accurate and complete, meeting daily deadlines. They will also be responsible for liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation, logging any incidents/exposures to manage risks effectively, and developing new processes to improve the efficiency of the company's procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Financial Services, knowledge of SIPP / ISA / Offshore Bonds, and professional and personable communication skills. They will also be able to oversee multiple tasks working to tight deadlines and have great attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
The company offers a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangements, 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + opportunity to buy/sell 5 additional days, gym membership, generous pension, bonus for employees, and discounts on season tickets for train. Full training is provided and study support can be provided for formal qualifications. Additionally, all roles are promoted internally allowing opportunities for development and progression within the business.
