We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Specialist to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT. As a key member of our Safety and Environment team, you will provide HSE regulatory compliance advice across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, and Terms of Reference (ToR) for safety workshops.
  • Participate in HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL workshops.
  • Manage and sign off on safety actions.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project safety.
  • Lead UK projects, ensuring the timely issuance of deliverables to support project schedules.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in energy projects, particularly in oil and gas design.
  • Capable of working independently and in teams to produce high-quality deliverables on time.
  • Skilled in developing HSE plans and philosophies.
  • Experience with SIMOPS, ALARP demonstration, and safety cases.
  • Proficient in working on CDM and decommissioning projects.
  • Experienced in CCS projects and attending safety workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ALARP).
  • Capable of conducting site surveys and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in multinational FEED projects.
