We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team at HFG. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and independent audits of our business operations, including financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Identify and assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and control functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our risk management framework.
- Prepare and present audit reports to the Audit Committee and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, IIA, or CIA.
- Significant experience in internal audit or a related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
