Job Summary
Fruition IT is seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Project Coordinator to provide critical support during critical project phases. As a key member of our team, you will assist with coordinating the resolution of system issues during the hypercare phase, ensuring that any incidents are managed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously, ensuring timely resolutions and providing status updates to senior management.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and incident management efforts.
- Assist with transitioning systems from hypercare into Business As Usual (BAU), ensuring all issues are either resolved or properly escalated before the project concludes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in project coordination, ideally in a technology or systems-focused environment.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, willing to take ownership of tasks and ensure follow-through.
Working Arrangements
This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of some out-of-hours work. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.
