Position Overview

The Project Financial Analysis Manager plays a crucial role in leading a team of financial analysts who provide essential financial insights and analytical support to departmental leaders and project management teams. This position serves as a vital link between various departments and the finance division, offering strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance analysts, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to deliver financial analysis that supports project objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategies to increase financial efficiency.
  • Utilize expertise in finance management to oversee project analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, particularly in project financial analysis, with a minimum of three direct reports.
  • Strong background in finance management or accounting, with a focus on project analysis being advantageous.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or Contract Research Organization (CRO) sector is preferred.
