About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Creative Director to lead our creative team at 3Search. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy, creating exceptional brand-centric campaigns, and driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead a team of creatives to deliver high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content that drives traffic, improves user experience, and ultimately drives sign-ups across all territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and provide insights and learnings to inform future briefs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering creative direction and brand strategy for a consumer-facing brand.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team of creatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen to drive business growth through innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to balance creativity and innovation with commercial objectives.
  • Experience working with digital channels and a strong understanding of multichannel brand execution.
