Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional SEND school in Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Support Learning: Collaborate with teachers to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
- Individualized Attention: Provide tailored support to children with SEND, working with them on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Assist in organizing and implementing educational activities, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Encourage Progress: Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
- Experience with Children: While experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEND, is preferred, we welcome candidates with any background working with children in the UK.
- Commitment: Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 4:00 pm.
- Passion for SEND: Comfortable providing 1:1 support to children with special educational needs.
- Compliance: Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Child-Only DBS check.
- Proximity: Ideally reside in or near Richmond, or within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Specialists in securing long-term and permanent placements for Teachers and support staff.
- Able to find jobs that meet your preferences, whether that be location, type of job, pay expectations, etc.
- Quick and efficient registration process and interview via Zoom.
- Excellent track record in securing jobs quickly and efficiently for professionals in Education.
- Friendly team who always have their job seekers' interests at heart.
