Fragrance Specialist - Luxury Retail Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized in-store experiences that showcase our exclusive perfumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio and be able to recommend perfumes to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers to help them find the perfect scent.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product launches.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences and events that drive customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

  • Passion for perfumes and fragrance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
