About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join our team at Amber Labs. As a Service Designer, you will play a critical role in translating client requirements into actionable designs for the access to, the fulfilment of, and the support needed for users to consume the technical service being provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver services that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements and understand user needs.
  • Design and develop service blueprints, journey maps, and other service design artifacts.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that service design solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of service design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM operating models.
  • Experience with workflow mapping, process modelling, and process design.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
