We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our luxury care home in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring the care home operates efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
