Job OverviewThe Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects ranging from £50,000 to £200,000, with durations of up to 10 weeks. This role is hands-on and involves not only managing on-site activities but also stepping into the workshop when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety protocols.
- Manage tradespeople and subcontractors on-site.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Be hands-on and available to assist in the workshop when on-site activities are light.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Manage multiple projects concurrently with values between £50,000 and £200,000.
Salary and Benefits:£22 - £23 per hour
Benefits include a company van and fuel card.
£25 meal allowance.
Hotels provided when required.
Company card for expenses.
Working Hours:12-hour days, minimum of 60 hours per week.
Team Environment:You will be part of a close-knit team with approximately 10 operatives on-site at any given time.
