Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Kenton Black Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the senior finance lead and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate and complete month-end processes
  • Prepare monthly direct costs and overheads cost reports
  • Prepare material cost reports and investigate standard cost variances
  • Support budgeting and business planning activities
  • Regular liaison with budget holders to review costs against budget
  • Analysis of key trends and highlighting these to senior management
  • Support the wider finance team with ad hoc projects as required
  • Ensure appropriate financial and internal controls are in place as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar level Management Accounting/Finance Business Partnering position
  • Knowledge of a manufacturing or product-based business
  • Full CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge where required
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel
