Job Summary

Fruition IT is seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Project Coordinator to provide critical support during the hypercare phase of our projects. In this role, you will assist with coordinating the resolution of system issues, ensuring that any incidents are managed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously, ensuring timely resolutions and updates to senior management.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and incident management efforts.
  • Assist with transitioning systems from hypercare into Business As Usual (BAU), ensuring all issues are resolved or properly escalated.
  • Provide proactive support to technical teams, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring follow-through.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to support both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in project coordination, ideally in a technology or systems-focused environment.
  • Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week, with occasional out-of-hours work.
