We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative products and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop conceptual designs and ideas for new products or components based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Create detailed designs and engineering drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
  • Work with prototype teams to create physical prototypes of designs for testing and evaluation.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations to assess the performance, durability, and safety of designs.
  • Select appropriate materials for components based on mechanical properties, cost, and manufacturing considerations.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, considering factors such as ease of assembly, machining, and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Identify and troubleshoot design issues that arise during development, testing, or production, and propose solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation including drawings, specifications, and engineering change orders.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs through design optimization and value engineering.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and efficiency.
