Trainee Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our residential Lettings team in Plymouth as a Trainee Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator. This entry-level role offers a comprehensive development and training program, enabling you to learn all aspects of residential lettings and progress to a Lettings Negotiator position.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
