Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills and expertise in residential surveying and valuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of residential surveying and valuation services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of residential building pathology and surveying techniques
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to achieve AssocRICS accreditation
Requirements
  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
