Digital Marketing Manager

Reed Marketing and Creative are partnering with a family-run retail brand in Birmingham to build their marketing and online team internally.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to work with the Directors on strategy and be part of the day-to-day running of the website, focusing on driving footfall to stores and increasing online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house creative content and design for advertising and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the development agency on website development and improvement
- Lead and manage a team
- Research and implement new trends and technologies to stay ahead
- Analyze data and performance
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in website or e-commerce management and have successfully led a team. They will be able to understand and communicate the company's top-line strategy and make informed decisions.
In return, you will work for a company that prides itself on quality products and excellent customer service, with opportunities for growth and development. Salary is up to £40k depending on experience, and this is an office-based role.
