We are seeking a Surgical Theatre Specialist - Scrub to join our esteemed team at London Bridge Hospital, which has received an 'Outstanding' rating from the CQC. Our operating theatres offer a dynamic and professional atmosphere, equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced medical equipment.

London Bridge Hospital features four operating theatres that cater to a diverse range of surgical procedures, including Robotics, Urology, and Gynaecology. Our facilities include three state-of-the-art DaVinci Surgical Systems, positioning us as a leader in private robotic surgery in the UK. With 49 patient rooms and four Level 3 ICU beds, we provide exceptional care for a variety of acute and complex medical needs.

With a total of 160 beds, including 28 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres, we deliver outstanding treatment across a wide spectrum of acute and complex care, utilizing the latest innovations in healthcare technology.

As a Surgical Theatre Specialist in the theatre environment, you will actively engage as a team member, contributing across all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to foster a collaborative team dynamic and achieve collective goals.

What you will bring:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Postgraduate experience in surgical theatres
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in surgical scrub roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others
