Surgical Theatre Specialist - Scrub

We are seeking a Surgical Theatre Specialist - Scrub to join our esteemed team at London Bridge Hospital, recognized for its exceptional standards. Our operating theatres provide a dynamic and professional atmosphere, equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced equipment.

The London Bridge Hospital facility features 10 operating theatres, catering to a diverse range of specialties including Cardiac, Orthopedic, Liver, Neurology, Urology, Spinal, and General Surgery. Successful applicants will become integral members of a large team of skilled professionals, with ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

As a Surgical Theatre Specialist - Scrub, you will engage fully as a collaborative team member, working across various areas of the theatre suite, sharing insights and supporting colleagues to foster a unified team environment and achieve collective goals.

What you will bring:

  • Valid HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Postgraduate experience in surgical settings
  • Minimum of 12 months of surgical scrub experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to inspire others
