Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Senior Practitioner to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in delivering evidence-based interventions such as Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals with complex needs, including those with multiple co-morbid conditions and a history of high service use.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage risk to ensure a safe and therapeutically sensitive environment for all.
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of new treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to service users.
