About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Crown Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to deliver high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance and contribute to the development of new menu items.
  • Lead the team to achieve company targets and contribute to the overall success of the Crown Hotel.
