Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Crown Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
- Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and contribute to the team's success.
- Lead the team to achieve company targets, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
