We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Crown Hotel in Huddersfield. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
- Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and contribute to the team's success.
